We are currently producing electrical control equipment for our Francis and S-type axial-flow tubular turbine units, including 5-in-1 integrated control cabinets, governors, and intelligent hydraulic power units.
The 5-in-1 integrated control cabinet is the unit's control hub, integrating excitation, grid-connection protection, measurement and monitoring, synchronization, and control logic. With a modular layout, HMI touchscreen, main circuit breaker, and complete alarm circuits, it supports local manual control, automatic grid connection, real-time parameter monitoring, fault alarms, and protective tripping. Suitable for both Francis and tubular turbines, it meets unattended, occasionally-staffed operation requirements for small and medium-sized hydropower stations.
Independent governor control cabinets are also being assembled and tested. The governor, working with the hydraulic power unit, precisely regulates wicket gate opening to stabilize frequency and output after grid connection.
Multiple production lines are running in parallel. Technicians assemble copper busbars, secondary wiring, relays, and sensors to hydropower manufacturing standards, with continuity and insulation checks after each wiring step. Semi-finished cabinets move in batches through assembly, wiring, and energized testing.
The intelligent hydraulic power unit is the governing system's power source, integrating oil pumps, accumulators, pressure and temperature monitoring, and solenoid valve banks. It supplies high-pressure hydraulic oil for wicket gates, butterfly valves, and the braking system, with local monitoring, remote signal integration, and emergency shutdown protection. All hydraulic components undergo pressure-holding, leakage, and cycle tests before delivery.
All equipment is assembled, wired, and simulated in-house. Complete simulated-condition tests verify protection logic, regulation performance, and signal communication before shipment, ensuring smooth on-site installation, commissioning, and grid connection.
